30 Days Return Policy
GOVO Products provides worry-free returns for unused, unaltered, and undamaged items. We issue a full refund if any of our items are returned within 30 days of the original purchase. However, be sure to email us and ensure your returning package gets to us within 30 days of receiving your package. Once the goods are returned to us in original and unused condition as well as the packaging, we will issue a full refund of your purchase within seven business days. If you received the wrong item, this is a mistake on our part, and we will cover all shipping costs for returns. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with returning the item. GOVO Products offers 180 days warranty against manufacturing defects including missing parts, broken metal, and plastic, etc. However, only original, unaltered, unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this warranty. Damages due to accidents, wear and tear, such as scratches, rips, tears, abrasions, UV degradation, misuse, are not covered under this warranty. We will ask that the item be sent back to us for review to justify warranty coverage. To obtain warranty instructions, please send us an email to email@example.com before returning the item.
All orders placed from Monday to Friday by 3 pm EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Domestic packages are shipped by USPS. International packages are shipped by DHL eCommerce service. The package can also be delivered to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Note: International customers might need to pay import duty and customs charges depending on the value of goods and your country’s import policy. GOVO Products will not be responsible for such estimated duties and taxes as this information varies from country to country. Import duty and custom charges will be collected upon delivery of your order by your local government or shipping agency. Please note, by placing your order, you agree to be responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs charges.
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email when your package is sent. You can track your package on USPS.com
